  • What wax is used in your products?
    We only use 100% soy wax in our products, which is UK produced, biodegradable, vegan friendly and cruelty free. The Soy used is sourced from North America and Brazil from purely ethical and non-genetically modified sources. A full supply chain audit has been carried out and only ethical suppliers have been chosen that do not contribute to de-forestation.
  • Are your products vegan friendly?
    Yes, they are vegan friendly and cruelty free.
  • Can I amend my order once it has been processed, including adding discount codes?
    Unfortunately once an order has been processed we are unable to amend them. This includes: grouping orders together, adding discount codes and removing/adding items to your order.If you would like to cancel your current order so you can place a new one please email us at info@posearomas.com
  • Do you offer samples?
    We are in the process of producing new sample packs, these will be available in the near future.

  • How do I place an order for collection?
    If you live locally and you wish to place an order for collection then please place your order via the website and select collection at the checkout, this option is free, regardless of your order amount. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect. We work towards a next working day turnaround.
  • My order has missing items or is damaged.
    If your order has arrived damaged or is missing items, please email info@posearomas.com with your order number and photo of your invoice, so one of the team can resolve your issue.
  • How long does delivery take?
    We aim to dispatch your order the same working day when you place you order before 3pm. Postage will vary depending on which option you select at checkout.
  • My order has not arrived

  • My wax melt has some frosting?
    Frosting is actually a unique and natural effect of using vegetable waxes, especially soy. We try our hardest to prevent this where we can, however the wax is trying to return back to its natural form and as a result it can sometimes begin to crystallize. It doesn’t affect the performance of the wax melt in any way and also means our wax is 100% natural.
  • Are they safe to use around pets?
    This shouldn't be a problem at all, our products are frequently used around pets without an issue and our oils are synthetic, vegan and cruelty-free. Issues around pets tend to be caused by essential oils which we don't use. However, the fragrance oils do contain chemicals so it's important that your pets don't consume our products and we recommend melting them out of reach of children and pets.
  • How long will the scents last?
    Our wax melts are highly scented and long lasting. Each snap bar should provide over 60 hours of scent. We recommend melting one piece in your burner at a time.
